for autographs and unique experiences through broadband delivery
services on the Internet and through other Electronic Media Delivery
Services (EMDS). This demand for limited availability merchandise,
including personalized autographed memorabilia, along with prime
concert and event tickets, is continual. However, consumers interested
in obtaining these items often have to travel, stand in line or
use third party agencies to obtain these unique items. As a result,
a great deal of consumer demand exists within the current system
that is not being capitalized.

patent pending "MAGA-Q"TM, allows Guests to enter our
unique "interactive social environment" where they actually
see, hear and participate in the illusion of standing in line
to meet a celebrity at a live event. While waiting in the "Video
Queue"TM, for personal access to the celebrity, Guests pay
for the autographs and merchandise, select personalization, interact
with others in "Queue," play games, watch or download
audio and video clips or just observe and listen to the Celebrity
answering other Guests’ questions as simple voyeurism. The
technology also allows Guests to view other programming, including
regular scheduled programs, On-Demand Videos, and Targeted Addressable
Advertising, while maintaining their place in the "Queue."

The experience culminates as a unique
contact experience between the Guest and the Celebrity through
the delivery device of choice, where the merchandise is personalized
on view of the Guest and prepared for fulfillment. The session
can be digitally recorded by the consumer on their own DVR, set-top
box or computer download, or the Guest can order their "AUTOTHENTEX
Authentic Autograph Experience TM" Guarantee of Authenticity
on a DVD. The goal will be to create a brand name of credibility
in the autograph business using the experience as "proof
of authenticity."
This
technology is compatible with the current industry broadband utility
delivery systems including Internet, Cable and Satellite Television,
along with Mobile Device services, and allows for anticipated
future technology advancements.
